Sim aprender Portuguese

My work demands that I talk to some of our service engineers and engineers internationally, few in the US and few in Brazil and Miami! Talking to the service engineers in Brazil is quite fascinating as I have been working with them for the past 2.5 yrs now and I have befriended a couple of them!

Following these guys on twitter and facebook, I decided to learn a bit of portuguese as it sounds like a beautiful language! Now I dont have much time to do a full fledged language course! So decided to do it word by word and I quickly started with “Sim aprender portuguese” meaning Will learn portuguese!

I have worked on a module that shows the latest 5 five words from my Portuguese vocabulary! I also hope to setup a lookup for words as my database of known words grows!

The goal is to write a blog post completely in portuguese :D Lets see how I go :) Sim

    and you can try with some brazilian people in your office..I know there are some there :D

    Try to use the software Rosetta Stone..they have portuguese courses..
